Use a unique sequential PO number for every order so nothing gets confused later. Describe items specifically enough that the vendor ships the right thing, and put delivery expectations in the notes field. The tax percentage applies to the subtotal automatically.

How should I number my POs?

Use sequential numbers, ideally with a year prefix like PO-2026-1042. The tool suggests one automatically, but you can type your own scheme.

Can I save the PO as a PDF?

What if I need a different currency?
