Why a table layout?
Email clients are stuck in the past: most of them ignore modern CSS. A simple table with inline styles is the only layout that renders consistently in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo. That is what this generator builds for you.
Tips for a clean signature
Keep it to 3 to 5 lines: name, role, company and one or two contact lines.
Skip images and logos unless you must: they often show as attachments.
Use a full international phone format, e.g. +1 555 123 4567.
Test it by sending yourself an email and opening it on your phone.
Click Copy HTML, then open Gmail Settings, See all settings, scroll to Signature, create a new signature and paste. The formatted signature appears, not the raw code.
Will the signature work in Outlook?
Yes. Paste it under Settings, Mail, Compose and reply in Outlook on the web, or in the Signatures editor in the desktop app. The table layout is built for Outlook compatibility.
Can I include a logo image?
This generator keeps signatures text-based because images often arrive as attachments or get blocked. If you need a logo, host it online and add an image tag to the copied HTML manually.
Does the copied HTML include styling?
Yes. All styling is inline on each element, which is what email clients require. No external stylesheet or style block is needed.
Is my information uploaded anywhere?
No. The signature is generated in your browser with JavaScript. Your details never leave your device.
