Pants template zones

The 585x559 pants template holds four leg panels: right leg front and back, left leg front and back. The purple boxes show each panel's exact bounds. Pockets, seams, and shading must sit inside these boxes to appear in-game.

Fold lines matter

Dashed red lines mark where each panel wraps around the leg. Details crossing a fold line distort on the 3D avatar, so keep logos and pocket flaps clear of them.

Roblox Pants Preview FAQs

What size should a Roblox pants template be?
585 x 559 pixels, same as shirts. Roblox requires this exact size for upload.
Which zone is the front of the legs?
The two panels marked R LEG F and L LEG F. Pockets and fly details belong there; the B panels face backward.
Why are my pockets cut in half in-game?
They are probably crossing a fold line or sitting outside the panel box. Reposition them fully inside the front panels.
Do pants need shading?
Good pants use subtle vertical shading for fabric folds, but keep it inside the zones. Flat colors look fine for simple designs.
Is my template uploaded anywhere?
No. The overlay is drawn on a canvas in your browser.
