How recurrence is computed

Starting from your date, the tool steps forward by the interval you chose: days, weeks, whole calendar months, or years. Monthly steps are month-aware, so a series starting January 31 continues on the last day of shorter months instead of drifting into March.

Every N periods

Set Every to 2 with Weekly for a fortnightly rhythm, or Every 3 with Monthly for quarterly billing. Combined with the count, you can lay out a full year of meetings, invoices or medication reminders in one click.

Recurring Date Calc FAQs

What happens with months that have fewer days?
The date clamps to the month's last day. A monthly series starting January 31 gives February 28 (or 29), then March 31, keeping the end-of-month rhythm.
Can I generate dates in the past?
Yes. Pick any start date, past or future; the tool simply steps forward from there regardless of today.
How many dates can I generate?
Up to 200 per run, enough for about four years of weekly events or sixteen years of monthly ones.
Does it skip weekends or holidays?
No. It generates strict calendar recurrences. If you need business-day logic, generate the list and adjust the few dates that land on weekends.
Can I copy the list into my calendar?
The copy button puts plain text dates on your clipboard, ready to paste into notes, emails or spreadsheets. Direct calendar import is not included.
