How page reordering works

After you upload a PDF, the tool reads its page list and shows every page as a row you can move up or down. When you press download, it builds a brand-new PDF with the pages in your chosen order.

Page content is copied exactly, so text, images and layout stay identical. Only the order changes.

Tips for big documents

For long documents, work from the last page upward: move the pages you need to the front first, since everything else keeps its relative order. The Reverse all button is handy when a scan came out backwards.

Reordering runs fully in your browser, so even a 200-page file never leaves your device. Very large files may take a few seconds to export.

PDF Page Reorder FAQs

Does reordering change the content of my pages?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, with text, images and formatting untouched. Only their sequence changes.
Can I also delete pages with this tool?
This tool only reorders. To remove a page, reorder so the unwanted pages sit at the end, then note that deletion needs a separate PDF editor.
Why do my page numbers look wrong after reordering?
Printed page numbers inside the document are part of the page content, so they move with their page. The tool reorders physical pages, not the numbers printed on them.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scanned pages are just images inside the PDF, and they reorder the same way as text pages.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The whole process runs locally in your browser. Your document never leaves your device.
