How PDF merging works

Add your PDF files to the list, drag them into the order you want with the arrow buttons, then press Merge PDFs. The tool stitches every page from every file into one document, in the exact order shown, and hands you a download link. Encrypted PDFs that need a password to open cannot be merged this way.

Private by design

Merging happens entirely inside your browser using a well-known open-source PDF library. Your files are never uploaded to any server, there are no watermarks, and there is no limit on how many times you use it. For very large documents the merge may take a few seconds while pages are copied.

PDF Merger FAQs

How many PDFs can I merge at once?
As many as you like. Add files one batch at a time, reorder them with the arrow buttons, then merge everything into a single document.
Will the page order be preserved?
Yes. Pages are copied in the exact order your files appear in the list, and within each file the original page order is kept.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. PDFs that require a password to open cannot be merged here. Remove the password with the file owner's permission first, using a desktop tool.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge runs completely in your browser with a client-side PDF library, so your files never leave your device.
Does the merged PDF keep its quality?
Yes. Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text, images and vector graphics keep their original quality.
