How it works

Each file is decoded with your browser's built-in Web Audio engine, the audio data is stitched together in the order you arranged, and the result is encoded as a standard 16-bit WAV file that plays everywhere. You can reorder tracks with the Up and Down buttons before merging.

About the WAV output

WAV is uncompressed, so the merged file is larger than the MP3s you put in, but the quality is preserved with zero additional loss. If you need a small MP3 for sharing, run the WAV through any free audio converter afterwards.

Audio Merger FAQs

Which audio formats are supported?
Anything your browser can decode, typically MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A and FLAC. All inputs are joined into one WAV file.
How do I change the order of the tracks?
Use the Up and Down buttons next to each file to arrange them before pressing Merge.
Why is the merged file so large?
WAV is uncompressed audio. The output preserves full quality; convert it to MP3 afterwards if you need a smaller file.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
No fixed limit, but very long merges use a lot of memory, so extremely long podcasts or mixes may struggle on phones.
Are my audio files uploaded anywhere?
No. Decoding, merging and encoding all happen in your browser; your files never leave your device.
