How the builder works

Click field types to add them, then rename labels, mark fields required, and define dropdown or radio options inline. Reorder with the up/down buttons. The preview renders a working form and the code box holds clean, dependency-free HTML you can paste anywhere.

What the generated code includes

Each field gets a proper label linked by id, a name attribute for form submission, and the required attribute where you ticked it. Inline preview styles are stripped from the copied code so it inherits your site's own CSS.

Form Builder FAQs

Where does the form submit to?
The generated code uses action="#" as a placeholder. Point it at your form endpoint, like Formspree or your own backend, before going live.
Can I style the form?
Yes. The copied HTML has no inline styles, so your site's CSS applies automatically. Add classes or a stylesheet to match your design.
Does it validate input?
Required fields and input types (email, number, date) trigger built-in browser validation on submit. For custom rules, add JavaScript on your page.
Can I add a file upload field?
Not in this simple builder. Add <input type="file"> manually to the copied code, and remember forms with uploads need enctype="multipart/form-data".
Is the preview form functional?
It renders and validates like a real form, but submission is disabled in the preview. The copied code is what you deploy.
