How schema generation works

Pick a schema type and fill in the fields; the tool assembles a valid JSON-LD object following schema.org vocabulary and pretty-prints it. Empty optional fields are simply omitted, so the output stays clean. Copy it into a script tag with type application/ld+json in your page's head.

What schema does for SEO

Structured data helps Google understand your page and can unlock rich results: FAQ dropdowns, product prices and ratings, business hours and breadcrumb trails in search listings. It does not guarantee rich results, but pages without it are not eligible at all.

Schema Markup Gen FAQs

Where do I paste the JSON-LD?
Inside a <script type="application/ld+json"> tag, usually in the <head> of the page the data describes. The markup must match visible page content or Google may ignore it.
How do I check my schema is valid?
Paste your page URL or the code into Google's Rich Results Test. It flags missing required fields and syntax errors before you deploy.
Does schema markup improve rankings?
Not directly. It improves eligibility for rich results, which can raise click-through rates. Think of it as better packaging for the rankings you already earn.
Can I combine multiple schema types on one page?
Yes. Generate each block separately and include them as separate script tags, or merge them with @graph. A product page often carries Product, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage together.
Why is my FAQ rich result not showing?
Google shows FAQ rich results only for eligible pages and limits them mostly to authoritative sites. Valid markup is required but not sufficient; keep the questions genuinely useful.
