How it works

Set when your day starts and ends, the slot length and the break between slots, then list activities in priority order. The generator fills the day top-down: each slot takes the next activity, breaks are inserted automatically, and leftover minutes at the end stay free.

With cycling on, activities repeat when slots outnumber them; with it off, extra slots are marked free.

Time-blocking basics

Time-blocking works because it turns a to-do list into appointments with yourself. Put the hardest work in your peak-energy slots, batch shallow tasks like email together, and protect breaks: back-to-back deep work without rest collapses by afternoon.

Copy the timetable as text for your notes app, or print it for your desk.

Schedule Generator FAQs

What happens to leftover time at the end of the day?
It stays unscheduled. The generator only creates full slots that fit inside your time window, so a 25-minute remainder simply remains free time.
What does cycling activities mean?
When ticked, activities repeat in order once the list runs out, so 4 activities fill 8 slots as 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4. Untick it and remaining slots are marked free.
Can I make a class timetable?
Yes. Set the school day window, use period lengths as slots with passing-time breaks, and list subjects in order. Generate one per weekday.
How do I print just the timetable?
Press Print. A print stylesheet hides the form and outputs only the timetable table, cleanly formatted for paper.
Is my schedule uploaded?
No. The timetable is built in your browser from what you type. Nothing is sent to any server.
