How it works

The dashboard reads standard browser APIs (navigator, screen, Intl, WebGL) and displays what it finds: your user agent string, platform, languages, CPU cores, memory, screen and viewport size, timezone, connection type and GPU. Press Refresh any time to re-read, for example after resizing the window, or Copy all to paste the details into a support ticket.

Privacy note

This combination of details is roughly what every website you visit can see, and it is how browser fingerprinting works. Nothing here is sent to any server: the page only shows you what your own browser already exposes.

Browser Info FAQs

What is a user agent?
A text string your browser sends to every website identifying itself, like Chrome 120 on Windows. Developers use it to detect browsers and serve compatible code.
Why does the viewport differ from the screen?
The screen is your whole display; the viewport is the browser window's content area. Resizing the window changes the viewport, not the screen.
Can websites really see my GPU?
Approximately, yes, through WebGL. Combined with other details it helps identify a device uniquely, which is the basis of browser fingerprinting.
Is this information sent anywhere?
No. It is read from your browser's own APIs and displayed locally; nothing leaves your device.
Why use this for tech support?
Support teams often need your browser version, OS and screen size to reproduce bugs. Copy all gives them everything in one paste.
